Sonar users who paid good money for this product are VERY angry. With that said, this is still a great product, especially if you need a hardware "brain" for your studio. The price for a used FW these days is worth every single penny and you'll be hard up to find anything that comes close to it in features at anywhere near the same price point. The original design company, Frontier Design, has graciously implemented a repair at no charge and has supplied this repair to Tascam.
